• Transparent Pricing: The price at checkout is the final price. We do not charge restocking fees or hidden handling charges.
• Payment Methods: Transactions are processed securely via trusted gateways. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Territory: We ship exclusively within the United States.
• Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Central Time (CT).
• Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Processed 7 days a week).
• Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days.
• Total Delivery: Estimated 3 – 6 Business Days.
• Local Pickup: Free collection is available from our Omaha boutique (Ready in 2 hours).

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a straightforward 14-day return window for eligible items.

• Standard Items: You have the right to return unused, unwashed, and unopened items within 14 days of receipt.
• Exemptions: For health and hygiene reasons, socks and legwear that have been worn or removed from original packaging cannot be returned. Final sale items are also exempt.
• Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@citylimitsomaha.us within 24 hours with photographic evidence to qualify for a replacement or refund.

5. No Restocking Fees

In the event of an eligible return, City Limits charges $0.00 Restocking Fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns on eligible items.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
